Automatic Subscription Service Terms and Conditions

AI TripTalk (hereinafter referred to as ‘we’) fully recognises the importance of your personal information to you. Your trust is paramount to us, and we shall protect your personal information and privacy security in accordance with laws and regulations, while adhering to industry best practices. We have formulated this Privacy Policy and wish to draw your attention to the following: We encourage you to carefully read and understand this Privacy Policy before using AI TripTalk and related services, enabling you to make appropriate choices.
This policy is deemed a supplementary agreement to the User Service Agreement, forming an integral part thereof and constituting a unified whole. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the User Service Agreement, this policy shall prevail. Please carefully review the terms of this policy before clicking ‘Activate’ to use our VIP membership auto-renewal service. Activating this service signifies your full understanding and agreement to the following usage rules:
1. Service Name: Auto-Renewal.
2. Renewal Types: Weekly, Monthly, Annual Memberships.
3. This service provides automatic renewal upon your existing VIP membership activation. By enabling this service, you authorise our company to deduct the service fee for the next billing cycle from your iTunes account balance (hereinafter collectively referred to as the ‘Account’) when your VIP membership nears expiry. Billing cycles include but are not limited to 1 week, 1 month, 1 quarter, 1 year, etc. (subject to your selected service duration). After activating this service, please ensure your VIP membership account is linked to the aforementioned account and that the account balance is sufficient to cover the service fee. Should renewal fail due to an unlinked account or insufficient funds in the linked account, you shall bear sole responsibility.
4. Accounts with automatic VIP membership renewal will be charged via iTunes 24 hours prior to expiry, extending your membership for the corresponding period. To cancel a subscription, manually navigate to your iPhone's ‘App Store’ → tap the profile icon in the top-right corner → select ‘Manage Subscriptions’, then choose the relevant VIP membership service to cancel. Failure to disable the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period will be deemed as your consent to continue authorisation, and the subscription will automatically renew.
